What’s Included?
You’ll receive 3 or 5 personalised sessions per week (depending on your plan), tailored to your goals, equipment and experience level.

Rowing sessions include machine setup tips, warm-ups, pacing targets, and strategy notes.

Strength training (if selected) includes structured gym sessions with demo videos, warm-up sets, working sets, and timed rest periods.
You’ll also get coaching feedback twice a week, with personal insights, pacing tweaks, and reviews of rowing summary screens and key lift videos — all designed to keep you progressing with confidence. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan — it adapts with you, adjusting to your schedule, performance, and any setbacks through smart pacing and programming.

Requirements:
Ideally, you'll have access to a Concept2 rowing machine — though I’m happy to work with RP3 users too. For strength training, you’ll need a fully equipped gym or home setup, plus some free weight experience.
*Note: Video analysis is intended for minor technique adjustments. If your rowing form needs more in-depth attention, you’ll be asked to complete an Indoor Rowing Technique Transformation.
