Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, mastering your technique is essential. Rowing is about precision and smoothness, not just strength.
You can give 110% effort and follow the best training programme, but without efficient technique, you'll never reach your full potential. I will teach you the correct technique and provide targeted corrective drills to address your specific needs, enabling rapid advancements.
I will enhance your technique, sequencing, and timing, determine your ideal machine setup, and help you understand stroke rates and effective pacing.

This 3-hour course includes sufficient rests and tea breaks, so don't worry about getting tired! Drinks and snacks will be provided to help keep you fuelled through the session. While some elements are physically demanding, the focus is on skill development—challenging your mind as much as your body.
Sessions take place in Ashbourne, Derbyshire at PB Strength and Fitness Mentoring, DE6 1HA.
They are delivered in-person on a 1-1 basis.
