During our initial consultation, I'll recommend the best service for your goals and needs. Most clients begin with the 6-session introductory personal training package, which lays a strong foundation and equips you with essential knowledge. From there, we'll craft a personalised fitness path for you. 3. Do I need any prior fitness experience to start training with you? Not at all. I work with individuals ranging from complete beginners to experienced athletes. 4. What should I wear/bring to my first session? Opt for comfortable athletic wear such as t-shirts, leggings, or shorts, and supportive footwear. For women, a supportive bra is recommended. Please bring a water bottle for hydration. However, if you forget, we've got you covered with water on-site. 5. How long are the training sessions? Each in-person session lasts 60 minutes. 6. How often should I train with you? While training frequency is tailored to your goals, most clients opt for 2-3 sessions weekly for best results. We'll create a schedule to fit your needs during our consultation. Kindly note that a minimum of two sessions per week is required to ensure consistent and effective progress. 7. Do you offer nutrition guidance? Absolutely! Nutrition is pivotal to performance. For clients keen on enhancing their dietary habits, I offer specialised nutrition coaching. 8. Can I train with you if I have a medical condition or injury? Typically, yes! It's vital to disclose any medical conditions or injuries on your health form. Some cases may require doctor's clearance. Once approved, we'll collaborate to craft a training regimen that's both safe and effective for you. 9. Where are you located? I'm based at Unit 3, Wellington Place, Airfield Industrial Estate, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1GP. For those outside Derbyshire or preferring remote guidance, I also offer online training options. 10. How do I get started? Begin with a complimentary consultation call where I'll guide you through the process. If eager to start immediately, options like the "Intro to PT" course, rowing technique, and hyrox packages are available for direct booking and payment on my website.
