500m Indoor Rowing Plan
A 6-week plan to help you improve your 500m time. This is a sprint-based plan: predominantly hard, fast intervals, with a few slightly longer, lower-intensity sessions to maintain rowing volume.
The plan will help you improve your 500m meter time and 1- minute row score.
A 6-week plan consisting of 4 workouts per week.
Session length ranges from a few minutes to around 50 minutes. Most of the sessions can be completed in under 30 minutes.
