2000m Indoor Rowing Plan
A 6-week plan to help you improve your 2000m time. Great for seasoned rowers or anyone who has completed the introduction to indoor rowing plan. This is a very testing plan and is not suitable for complete beginners. Lots of long, gruelling sessions: not for the faint-hearted!
The plan will help you to improve your 2000m time. You can expect to do many long, hard intervals and rate-capped endurance pieces in this plan.
A 6-week plan consisting of 4 workouts per week. Most sessions are between 30-60 minutes in length.
