Short Sessions Indoor Rowing Plan
A fun, low-pressure plan, with sessions short enough to fit them into a lunch break; this is also perfect if you want a bit of light relief between the more intense programmes! This plan suits all abilities; however, if you are new to indoor rowing, I recommend completing the introductory plan first.
The main focus is maintaining/building rowing fitness if you have limited time available or are trying to concentrate on other training modalities alongside rowing. It is also an excellent choice if motivation is low, as the workouts are short and fun!
A 5-week plan consisting of 3 workouts per week. Most sessions are between 20-30 minutes in length.
