Introduction to Indoor Rowing Plan
A four-week plan to introduce you to the sport of indoor rowing. If you’re new or new-ish to indoor rowing and want to improve, this is the plan for you! Guaranteed to give you the indoor rowing bug! Also an excellent option for those returning to indoor rowing after time away from rowing, illness or injury.
A progressive plan, starting and finishing with a 12-minute row to see how many meters you can improve by. The program is a mix of intervals and endurance pieces, which gradually increase in length. The plan also introduces rate- capped rowing.
A four-week plan consisting of three workouts per week. Each workout can be completed in under 30 minutes.
