If you're new to fitness, I'll help you establish a strong foundation to build upon. For those with more experience, this pack offers a chance to polish techniques and pinpoint areas for growth.
The Starter Pack encompasses six tailored 1-hour sessions, each adapted to your unique skill level and goals. Together, we'll hone in on foundational exercises such as back squats, deadlifts, strict presses, bench presses, lat pulldowns/chin-ups, BikeErg, and SkiErg. These exercises are pivotal in developing strength and enhancing fitness.
After completing the Starter Pack, you can seamlessly transition to online coaching or continue with in-person PT sessions, according to your preferences and budget.
