Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Late Cancellations: If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or in the event of a no-show, the complete session fee will be forfeited. This policy also applies to any abandoned sessions where the client is unable to complete the session for any reason. Rescheduling: Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule a session. Each session can be rescheduled once. If there is no available slot for rescheduling within a 28 day window, the session will be deemed lost and won't be carried forward.
