Remote Coaching & Programming

This is a non-video-based training service—our sessions aren’t held live, focusing instead on custom programming, feedback, and ongoing adjustments to provide structure, accountability, and expert guidance that accelerates your progress.

Are you ready?

While I can deliver phenomenal results through online coaching, it's crucial to assess whether you're ready to begin straight away or if you would benefit more from some in-person coaching first.

​

If you lack confidence in the gym or are unfamiliar with barbell exercises such as back squats, deadlifts, bench presses, strict presses, and chin-ups/lat pulldowns, my strength programmes won’t be a good fit for you without attending an in-person workshop first.

​

Additionally, if you feel your rowing technique needs improvement, consider starting with in-person coaching or purchasing my book, Indoor Rowing Mastery: Unlocking Your Potential, to enhance your skills.

How it works:

  1. Select the plan that works best for you.

  2. You will then be asked to complete a form with details about your health and goals. Please provide as much detail as possible.

  3. I will reach out if I need any additional information.

  4. Look out for an email invitation from True Coach. 

  5. You will receive a message from me on the True Coach app with detailed instructions on what to include in all of your notes.
