Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, mastering your technique is essential. Rowing is about precision and smoothness, not just strength.

You can give 110% effort and follow the best training programme, but without efficient technique, you'll never reach your full potential. I will teach you the correct technique and provide targeted corrective drills to address your specific needs, enabling rapid advancements.
I will enhance your technique, sequencing, and timing, determine your ideal machine setup, and help you understand stroke rates and effective pacing.

This intensive 3-hour course includes sufficient rests and tea breaks, so don't worry about getting tired! While some elements are physically demanding, the focus is on skill development—challenging your mind as much as your body.​​

My comprehensive 5-hour Barbell Strength Course is designed to optimise your technique for maximum performance and injury prevention. Perfect for complete beginners and more experienced athletes alike, this course will boost your confidence in key barbell movements, preparing you for a seamless transition to online training.

We'll focus on back squats, deadlifts, bench presses, strict presses, and chin-ups/lat pulldowns. While some elements are physically demanding, much of the course emphasises skill-based learning to ensure correct movement standards.
